5. Termination
Pinoy Mobile Pros may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and for any reason, including if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and destroy all materials obtained from it.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If you have any legal claims, they must be filed within one year from the date the cause of action arises. Pinoy Mobile Pros’ failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision.
7. Miscellaneous Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pinoy Mobile Pros concerning the Site and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Pinoy Mobile Pros may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice.
